Behind the Scenes at the Shop PLD Fashion Shoot!

A few months ago we launched our exclusive online jewellery collection Shop Pretty Little Details!  To celebrate, I hosted a launch party with lots of flowers, sweet treats and of course gorgeous jewellery! However, I was so busy prepping for the party (& then hosting once people arrived!) that I didn’t take any photos.  At that point I hadn’t yet photographed all the jewellery for my boutique, so when planning our photoshoot, I wanted to recreate some of the excitement of our launch party.

So I made some confetti, bought some flowers and baked a bunch of desserts to share with our models, photographer, & videographer.  We photographed our first collection in my house and it made the perfect makeshift studio with all of our big windows and almost white walls.

Daniel from Bow Tie Films created an amazing behind the scenes video from our photoshoot!  We all had lots of fun shooting the jewellery as well as snacking on all the sweet goodies (who doesn’t like macarons?!) and the video captures the day perfectly!
