Rompers are a summer classic! While you can find rompers that are more casual, lately I’ve been drawn to dressier styles that are perfect for both a bike ride around town or an upscale date night!
I snagged this floral romper from a cheap asian clothing site and while it was a great deal, I wouldn’t recommend purchasing unless you know how to sew! There was originally lace trim along the neckline, but it had been sewn in backwards and looked terrible enough to warrant me removing it. The fit also wasn’t great, so a little extra sewing was involved to make it wearable. After a few modifications though, I’m super happy with how it turned out. The print on the fabric is adorable and I love the eyelash lace trim on the bottom!
Also, can we talk about this hat for a moment? I’ve been wanting to buy this amazing boater hat from Lack of Color, but before I got a chance to purchase it, I stumbled upon this hat from Target and actually love it way more. The softer beige tone works better against my skin tone and it cost a mere fifth of the price! The online description calls it a floppy hat, but the brim sits perfectly straight making it a perfect dupe for the popular Lack of Color boater!
