The little white dress is a summer classic that will always be in style.  For such a basic colour, there are surprisingly many shades.  From cream to bright white, there is a shade to suite every skin tone.

White dresses are extremely versatile and are appropriate for nearly any occasion with the exception of one: bridal events when you are not the bride.  So unless you are attending a wedding, feel free to wear your favourite little white dresses all summer long.  Of course, if you are planning to get married soon, a little white dress is perfect for wearing to all the pre-wedding bridal events including your bridal shower or bachelorette.

How to wear a little white dress:

The little white dress can be easily styled up or down depending on what accessories you choose.  For a casual day around town, pair your lwd with a rattan bag and a pair of leather sandals.  To fancy up the look for an evening out, pair the same little white dress with your favourite stilettos and a designer bag.
